Impact of the Welding Parameters on the Width of the Welding beat in TIG Carbon Steel Welding

Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding is otherwise known as the Arc soldering (GTAW) process which when significant levels of weld quality or high precision are required, to represent an advanced arc process. However impact factors on this form important for its produced in single-pass welding. In investigation, autogenous was performed a carbon mild steel plate with four parametric variables. High and low values material thickness, current, speed filler rod diameter have been measured order observable response i.e. distance. Geometry bead has investigated. An expert statistical software design created mathematical model, The experimental central composite (CCD) sold width by Surface Response Methodology (RSM). It shown that maintenance suitable factor gives substantial width.
